Saint Nicholas will be visiting the All School Mass and school classrooms this Friday, December 3, 2021. Mass (8:30 a.m.) will be recorded and you are also invited to attend. Masks are required.

Please join us for our Thanksgiving, Advent, and Christmas Celebrations at St. Lawrence and St. Mary Churches. This time of year is an exciting time as people are bustling from store to store, some doing their last-minute shopping while others might be just simply trying to go to work, or at least arrive home safely. We often sing the song “Silent Night” as one of the Christmas Carols of the season, and I think one of the reasons it is such a popular song is that it's a song that is in such stark contrast to the reality of the season. It is important for us to remember that the evening Christ was born was truly a “silent night” until the angels lit up the evening sky with the announcement that would change the world from that point on.
